Refund Policy
At Skybound Media Inc (dba MCA Rocket), we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your investment. Please take a moment to review our comprehensive refund policy.
1. Email Marketing Service Fees
- If the agreed-upon lead capture goals are not met through our email marketing services within 90 days of beginning blasting, we will offer a refund for the email marketing service fees. This applies to new clients who have just started working with us.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide documentation of the lead capture goals agreed upon before the start of the email marketing campaign.
- Refund requests for email marketing service fees must be submitted after 90 days of email sending activities as shown in our email sending software.
2. Technical Costs
- Technical costs, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting fees, SSL certificates, and third-party software licenses, are non-refundable under any circumstances. You will receive notifications by email before a charge is made, and an invoice once paid.
- We encourage our clients to carefully consider their contract before making any purchases.
3. Other Service Fees
- If you are not satisfied with any of our other services, such as web design, content creation, or social media management, you may be eligible for a refund before the services are delivered.
- To request a refund for other service fees, you must submit a written explanation of your dissatisfaction within 14 days of the provided prototype. Any published work will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Our team will review your request and, if deemed valid, will process a refund for the applicable service fees. We reserve the right to decline a request at our discretion.
4. Refund Processing
- All refunds will be processed within 90 business days of the approval of the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Exclusions
- Refunds will not be provided for any services that have been partially or fully completed and delivered to the client, except for email marketing services as outlined in section 1.
- Refunds will not be issued for any third-party costs incurred by the client, such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, domain name purchases, or setup costs.
